2.3 Payment 

 

If you purchase any of our paid Services (“Premium Services”, “Request For Referral”, or any service offered), you agree to pay Sooner the applicable fees and taxes and to additional terms specific to the paid Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services. Also, you agree that:

 

2.3.1. Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).

 

2.3.2. We may store and continue billing your payment method (e.g. credit card) even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions in your Services and to use it to pay other Services you may buy.

2.3.3. We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase.

 

2.3.4. If you purchase a subscription, your payment method automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date.

2.3.5. If you purchase any program, class or service where additional cancellation and refund policies are stated, you agree to be bound by those additional terms.

2.3.6. All of your purchases of Services are subject to Sooner’s refund policy.  

 

2.3.7. Refund Policy - We do not provide refunds on any fees or charges, including partially used periods and bank or merchant fees. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you may submit your account and supporting documentation to staff@discoversooner.com.
